You are both right. It’s a HIPPA violation because you are exposed to pt information. It’s a kick back violation because you are providing a payable service to the office ( almost like you are a temp, which they would pay, only you are doing it for free getting them to use your products)

Amgen has violated much more than this . Running around engaging doctors that Praluent was pulled from market, Amgen won the patent case, Amgen FAS doing all the paperwork in offices , giving away free product and it's being recorded in data as a TRX. This is false data! How can Amgen continue to do illegal activities and nothing ever happens to them .

The pressure to perform will begin to rise. You are the proverbial frog in the tank of water with a slow boil. Mgmt has dropped the price and they are expecting miracles from each of you. Don’t disappoint.
 






Reduction in price means increase in number of needed Rx's to make the same revenue. The thought is that the enhanced access makes the difference. Outcomes data combined with price reduction/contracting for improved access are a lot to work with. get positive and sell this product.....
