BS I worked for three other pharma companies. ALL THE SAME TRUTH.
Been out of there for over a year after giving it 14 years. BELIEVE ME it is not the same everywhere. Takeda wants you to believe that. In no way is that accurate. Now use that negaive tension you experience bewteen ride alongs and plan your exit, NOW is the time.
Maley and all the clueless RDs and their mouth piece DMs are on borrowed time........

We talk about the health of the patients, how about the mental health of the reps. If you are one of the idiots who makes your reps cry you have problems. Stop with the hypocrisy of we need to help patients. You only care about yourself and you have no self awareness.
ex-Takeda rep here who likes to check these boards to see what a cluster f$&k this company has turned into. Can someone please sum up "positive tension" to me? I really want to hear the honest explanation as to what it is.
Just a prediction.......I am going to laugh my ass off, right?

So, most providers won't write your product unless you make them feel uncomfortable. Push em to the edge of the ledge and smile. So you create tension, only in a good way. You ask a billion questions until you get yes for an answer. Remembering to keep it professional and be positive.
Hold the doc accountable. ESPECIALLY if you're with management. It sucks. I had to go on an apology tour after the first time out.

This has to be the doings of Todd Noisen.
give the poor guy abreak. Half his district went to human resources for one reason or another. He is under lots of pressure. Was not impressed the first time I met him at an FLM. Seems to be in it for himself only and could care less about his team of reps.
