Poor leadership

We desperately need some stability in top management. Company will continue to be all over the place until that happens.

Bierman comes on as CEO last fall and a few months later we start over. Do the math on how that affects reps and sales management. poor leadership = bad for reps

Here you are several years later. Looks like your management team is about to run the company into the ground. With the stock at $2, is there a bankruptcy filing on the horizon. I don't work at OMI, and have no skin in the game, but it is unfortunate that such a long-standing company has run into such trouble.
