Yes! He brought in PR who had distinguished himself in several management roles, he then gave PR poor advice and mislead him entirely. He then proceeded to fire PR so he had a soft landing taking PR’s job.

HM lost more than 50 people under him. People are still leaving. Every time someone leaves the morale of the team plunges even lower. Not sure how having an idiot like HM in sales management is helpful. He has proved himself time and time again that he is not worthy of the post and the whats worse, he has nothing to lose.
