Typical nasty comments. You hear spoiled, entitled brats. I hear a lot of people who were sold a bill of goods that they would like to see delivered. the company is collecting on our hard work and repeatedly has reported on how well the company is financially. the ENTIRE sales force not being rewarded & we ALL want to eat. Nobody came here for a hand out, however, the playing field is not level. The reps in the ENTITLED states are treated and compensated like royalty. The rest of us have to claw and fight to break even and it has nothing to do with our abilities. On top of our disadvantages that are “out of everyone’s control”, we have managers who tear us down, don’t back us up and create major distractions. The company is moving backward & culture is not what it used to be. When we were all hired they sold us on this being a start up company so many of us accepted the penny pinching, for example sharing a room, eating cheap meals ect. But, when your VP of Sales comes in repeatedly reporting how great the company is doing, something is wrong when that wealth is not being shared among those who are putting their blood sweat & tears into generating the revenue.

When a company is as profitable as ours claims to be, it is not an entitlement or bratty to want your own room and privacy to talk to your family at the end of the day or quiet time to just unwind after being with colleagues literally all day. I know people who work for non-profit organizations who run on very lean resources who afford the assets aka people to have their own room.

It’s time for Supernus to grow their culture up. Many people are blowing off steam on here and aren’t packaging it up in a box with a bow on top. I believe most of us are actually loyal, hard working people who are disappointed in what the company has become or possibly what it has not become despite all of the “upward trajectory”.

I hate my RD. HATE!!! Worthless momentum killer. I wish I could quit today. And Taylor you’re a douche for keeping this bastard around.

Mine is constantly logging me out of Veeva from checking my calls. Must be that bored w nothing else to do but spy. Sucks tho when I’m about to get a sig and have to re-enter sample numbers Bc my call is gone from being logged out.

Airplane mode is your friend. Sync at lunch and end of the day and that shit will stop

I don’t know if we share the same RD, but at the last POA my whole team had drinks together for the first time and every single one of us has called in or made excuses not to be in the same car as our RD Because he is so awful. I had no idea anybody else thought that way too

If a rep is calling in sick in order to avoid a regional, it is the regional’s fault. Get it together. You cannot lead a team if they feel no loyalty to you. I’m sick of seeing these posts on here

Has anyone else ever felt as if they aren’t being assisted during their ride along? I have had good and bad ride alongs here at Supernus. It could be argued that when my numbers were in the tank I expect to be managed intensely. However, I’ve been a top performer for years now and almost every ride along I experience I feel as if I am auditioning for the job every time.

I want my RD to bring value and assist. As of late, it’s been beat down and belittle.

This needs to stop.

I can agree that we have some horrible RDs, I used to have one. BUT they’re not all horrible. Last expansion I got a big upgrade in leadership and my excitement for the company and bonus checks changed.

There’s hope out there!

I had a ride along today and my RD stepped away to take a phone call. The nurse said to me Oh my god does that guy just follow you around all day? He’s really creepy. I hope we’re making you look good. Top 10 doc office
