So:
1. We have quarterly “updates” on drugs most of us have been selling for 4+ years,
2. We have to pretend to be excited about them or face the Corporate wrath,
3. We are forced to sit through two days of mind-numbing presentations and forced enthusiasm from 7:45-5pm,
4. We then get a 30-minute “break” to go change out of work clothes, call loved ones, and then hurry back down to the lobby for a 30-minute bus ride to an activity that the boys will enjoy while the girls are left to decide between chicken tenders or nachos as their dinner.
5. Oh - I almost forgot the best part - we then get to go “home” to our hotel room that we share with another 30+ year old professional.
Oh joy!!
(FYI for you still new to the industry.....just ask any other rep you meet. In any office. Ever. This is not the norm.)
