According to popular understanding, Plick served merely as a figurehead CEO for the Haupts, while EH was the true force behind the operations, which eventually led to Ammon’s inevitable downfall. Due to the infamous foundation scam, SH was pushed to retire, facing pressure from the DOJ, IRS, and the Federal authorities. Plick's role as CEO was merely nominal, as rampant cheating and stealing permeated all departments.

Ammon requested court dismiss/expunge HHS HRSA claims against them. HHS objected. Hearing to argue scheduled for 9/26. It is all online in bankruptcy docket. Still looks like Ammon has not left bankruptcy.

Spoke to someone currently at Ammon, things are just getting progressively worse. Pay is still cut. Work is extremely limited. They don’t have long more until it’s done.

Employees are paid to relax with the lack of volume in work nowadays. The lab floor is ran by people without any true knowledge of the lab field and it’s protocols. The lab “manager” and his short underdog can care less how things are processed in terms of work. There’s no credibility anymore and it’s bound that more accounts will be lost.

No. Bankruptcy is still active, HRSA claims are another issue according to their online dockets/word around, and there’s always silly debacles on the issue around.

Labs are suffering.[/QUOTE

Labs are suffering everywhere. The only difference is that Ammon severely downsized, outsourced and filed a successful chapter 11. Original HRSA claim has already been dismissed and re negotiated. It was all about a filing date deadline. Ammon’s efforts has only bought them time.

I heard his underdog was found naked in a supply closet.

Many are saying “no”. The monopoly for the industry is help by L & Q, not the smaller NJ labs like Ammon Laboratories. Eventually things will phase out. For most it’s just hold on, get your money, and cash out…
