Please tell me the justification behind Dorothea Feng? How is she still employed?

I wouldn’t say all of the managers are bad in the West. They may have been good 10 years ago. Here’s the thing, none of them want to move up. How do you motivate a sales force when no one wants to get promoted from your leadership team. None, I mean none of them believe in Dorothea’s leadership. She is as fake as they come. No Diversity on her team and she only looks out for herself. I learned alot working for this company and I know what good looks like and it’s not here! She is spineless and if any one who is young looking to move up in an organization, please stay away from her and possibly this company. I have witnessed upper management basically talk shit about her then smile in her face. I have watched the very people that are on our calls who despise her and not take up for the voiceless. What happen to the young Texas manager? Who did they hire to replace him? What was the reason of his departure? It’s been very quiet about that but we all have heard several stories but nothing seems to add up!
 






The Managers are trying to hang on to their jobs at this Titanic of a company and diversity for the sake of bean counting is a losing proposition. I have seen that a District Manager position in this industry has become a useless ,dead end career move especially in this corrupt company. People like Dorothea were given her position because our crack upper management needed a woman in that position. You see the results . You hire people whom are capable ,compassionate leaders not soulless ,demotivating nuts . Dorothea has gone through a number of managers in Dallas(last guy for a quick cup of coffee), Houston and all along the West coast. WHY hasn't our "brilliant" upper management had a talk with her about the constant turnover from her hires?

West has had black/white/female/male/Asian etc….

I don’t know how you can get more diverse than that.

And when people break rules it doesn’t matter what minority they come from, gone!
