We have new leadership in Japan-he has been here long enough to see the US is suffering from a lack of leadership in just about every key function. The good news is that the days of the TAP rat pack promoting and protecting each other are finally over. The bad news is that it will take time to bring in the right people. There are no Takeda legacy execs left-this has been a TAP run show for years. Take Responsibility, how can it be denied at this point. We are finally going to clean house and that is good for everyone except those incompetent people in the home office promoted for friendship and protected by loyalty. Takeda legacy field sales has never executed a successful and they continue that tradition of failure today. The only products growing double digit for this company are the ones launched by
