The crap you are looking at is pathetic and many of the reps now know what the top contenders are. We don't want them. The management and leaders have made this pathetic company the most horrendous environment to work. Do you think adding a second subpar hospital drug is going to make us happier?! We have enough on our plates now until we fin a new job thank you.
 
























I doubt the Board of Directors will allow Ted & Scott to take this company any further down than he has already. Getting a second drug is foolish on so many levels. If you listen to Scott's speech from a few days ago, he states that the company is NOT going to take on a second drug until they get this one on it's way! Ted & Scott have little power these days... the BOD has to answer to the investors. No way will the BOD or stockholders approve chasing 'good' money after 'bad' Things are so bad right now...changing CEO & COO might help!
 






God do you not have a life outside of this job! Everyday some new ridiculous complaint. It is really sad. Just stick to your primary and secondary complaint which actually may have some merit. Remember - this drug was going to sell itself and secondly, you apparently do not like your boss. keep it simple. All this other made up stuff makes you sound like an hysterical baby. Dont want a new product, they arent going to pay a bonus, italy manufacturing issue, Scott is leaving, running out of money in six months.
By next week you will have come up with some other nonsense> could it be a buy out, the cover up about cancer and apap, the board of directors is taking over, Ted is leaving etc

Omg! So funny. I had heard that upper management had told the DMs to lay off the reps. So much for that. Now my manager is sending nice BS emails to cover his ass. But on the phone or in person he's still an insecure, demeaning, abusive, micromanaging dipshit. Seriously, you would not believe the crap he says to me. Guess I'm going to have to start taping him.

Look, moron. It's not just that the bonus plan could change. The document they sent out for reps to sign said CEO could TERMINATE BONUS plan an time. No one has ever had to sign anything like that. So dick head, it's a legitimate concern, not histeria. Yes, it is a job, and we should know that we're going to get fucking paid for it. Not a conern for you? What's wrong with you? Are you just doing this job for the fun of it? You should apply for a DM spot here when those spots start opening up...you'd be perfect.

I already did tape mine and I have a reaaaaaly nice file of all the unethical things he has asked the reps to do. What a dumb ass.

I have been doing the same thing_-best advice i was ever given. Your manager makes a file on you and you should do the same. Save ALL emails from them and if there is an incident outside of email, write an email to yourself about the incident. It may seem strange but it will provide you with a time and date and a bit of physical evidence. So as incidences happen, send yourself an email and be as descriptive as possible.....then print them out and make a file! CYA

Sounds great, but I'm way to busy taking notes, documenting and reporting extensively on interactions with physicians and managing their interactions with my MSL. You feel me HR? The DoJ will love this paper trail someday.

HR? I think this activity would be more something legal would be interested in monitoring, but I don't think we have a legal department. They were laid off last December.

We don't have an HR department either. They're just like every other company -- their only concern is protecting management and the company. This is what Cadence does--Create hostile work environment, reps will quit, and then they don't have to pay unemployment. HR is never interested in protecting reps. If they were, some managers would have already been fired.
