Haven't been on for a while, but just from a quick perusal of posts, nothing has changed. CC is still being discussed. She is a good person, as I knew her as a fellow Derm Specialist. Give her a break. NE is a tough place to be a DM and crappy products, no marketing skills and backup that's worthwhile from the so called home office she does what has to be done. Working with someone and and working for someone are two completely different things. A lot of people liked rep CC. No one likes manager CC.
 








To above poster. You are probably correct . Through the years I have seen some, not all, reps that have been promoted from the field turn into power hungry idiots, But the old adage be nice to the people you meet on the way up because they are the same ones you will meet on the way down may apply in this case. The Dermatology field is small and specialized and even when one switch companies there is always someone you have worked with already there. Been there, sorta speak. Doing now what I love best, RETIRED.
 








Being nice will get you nowhere at this company. The culture is all about stroking egos and pretending like every decision they make is gold. Even doing that won't guarantee you won't end up on their bullsh*t list. People hate CC because when she got promoted, she gobbled up that culture in 2 seconds flat.
 








The Ranbaxy name should go away. It will take some time for the remaining Ranbaxy people to adjust to their new Sun Pharma identity. Maybe they never will. But, you are going from one messed up company to another, albeit they are still solvent thanks to Taro products.

I love your energy; do you know this company? Absorica has peaked and declining, which has paid alot of bills.
And on the steroid side; Ashish pulled a Valeant price increase on all the steroids.
Hence, minimal coverage on all our products.
