please kill MSBU already!!!

He was my KAM and the entire team really respected him. I am shocked he lasted this long I think the old RD burnt him out with reports. Its sad to see so many quality people leave. The KAM in DC was also a big loss she was very sharp.

With all the turnover, especially in the Northeast, what are you telling the doctors who are questioning what's happening?

Conrad is the biggest asshole yet they give him the keys to the castle. He alone has made 30 people quit. I know why the the KAM in the Northeast quit ask around you will get the real story.
Three kind of reps associated with this BU
1.) Those that already left and are extremely happy now
2.) Those that are planning to be gone in a month or two
3.) Those that love the primary care mentality, love to kiss ass, and totally clueless when it comes to MS knowledge.

Look at how many people quit or moved divisions. Even Alisha wanted out of this shit hole.

Yet the people responsible for making this place a shit hole are still in power. One certain RD controls this BU behind the scenes. The Home offense had a bet on low in would take this RD to push Alisha out. He hated her from day one.

Because of the tremendous turnover in all levels of the MSBU the new hires are inexperienced. The quality of new hires shows that people with MS experience or even specialty experience are not even considering working in the MSBU. Primary care experience hasn't worked in this space since launch and still wont work. It's sad to see a product fail miserably to meet its potential.

Many of upper mgt like CM were against hiring outside specialistfrom the start. He would rather have people with simple skills that he can brainwash messages to.
