I like the way this person thinks they know what everyone wants! “NO ONE”?? Some people enjoy being w others on trips. If you don’t like it then don’t go. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO GO! You would probably do your team some good by just staying home and crying about what you don’t like about Astellas. Every team has a whiner and it’s obvious that you are that person. Go on w your pity party about and point out all the things you don’t like. Oh by the way, can you tell me who the person that is holding the gun to your head and is telling you that you have to stay at Astellas? IF YOU DONT LIKE THINGS HERE THEN GO FIND SOMETHING BETTER!

Either there are a record number of out of touch mangers on this thread, or it's the same person just trying to stir things up. No one on my team likes team trips. We all have kids, with busy lives and schedules, and it is just a hassle.
