Plans Submitted Yesterday - Does anyone want to talk?

The final plans were submitted yesterday. Anyone hear anything about how many CNS reps will be let go and when? I've heard notified mid August with a 2 week advance notice for a Sept. 2 implementation date with a final head count of 300 CNS reps. Anything else out there?

Isn't that the entire CNS sales force that remains, about 300 reps? Where did you hear your info?

I do know that they have, and are backfilling the many vacancies from Oncology with CNS reps. Manager said she was told to fill our vacancies from CNS--at least these folks will (hopefully) be fine!

OP is full of it. We violated the CIA in Oncology which will hold everything up. Changes in head count will not take place until the merger is complete which will be delayed by an investigation by the DOJ. We have also had tons of attrition in CNS, I would be surprised if we have 300 left.

You are wrong. Period. Plans were submitted to Teva, but they have the final say on numbers and Ceph will fill the people. CNS is going under 300, currently at 355, 30 managers, 4 directors.

All HR issues will be cut as well as Compliance problems.

Does that 300 included the 200 they already have?

Nothing is held up or being delayed.
