Sorry. It is too difficult to stay off of this post. I'm from a lrge East Coast city, and as the reps here read this post, it is almost comically true. You have a poster who is clearly a prick, but he may be speaking correctly. If Nancy's husband is so good, why does he need someone in high places like his wife to keep him afloat? Can't he stand on his own? If he does need his wife, isn't that nepotism? Isn't that illegal here at the Mother? We're laughing our asses off at Pittsburgh.

Worked with him in the past when i was in pittsburgh, he does not need her to keep him afloat. Haters may say so but he knows his customers, products and business.

the prick is far from speaking correctly, nothing he has posted has been factual. If he knows "Melani" then he wouldnt be talking to a ficticious receuiter and wouldnt be posting false info on cafe pharma.

large east coast city? what % of coverage do you have for your products? let me guess, tier 1? its a rough job when you are on the same playing field as generics. you have a lisp by chance? believe me NJ has been the laughing stock and now its the reps in NY or became the best reps in the company overnight...or was there a formulary change?

When Mark D claims he called on a upmc doc, how does Mother process that?
(Did it really happen?????)

Can I get in to the upmc and open that door? Absolutely. I'm connected better than senior guys who have been lunch hounding for years.

Pittsburgh changes are imminent. Can't continue to be "carried" by other Regions. In an area with as many 'Old Folks' as Dade County, FL we don't get our Share -- Haven't for years.

Yet we continue to stay with same old boots. Why???
