There are so many inaccuracies with this statement...where do you begin? If you are an employee making statements this ignorant, please talk with someone to get your facts straight.
 
























Yes, Lilly discriminates more with older men than older women! This is a very true statement! However, younger white males are discriminated against more than younger white females. So ladies, as you age you will become a “hag” and males become “distinguished”.

Meant to say Lilly discriminates LESS with older males than older females...

Let's be completely honest. If you are an older female OR male it doesn't matter! No matter what, you will be discriminated against. They know they have you and know it would be difficult for you to get another job.

It sickens me to look at all the new hires with Lilly. 90% are under 25. Half of my new hire class were African American. If you are in you 30's or early 40's it's time to go. Go get a stable job outside of pharma before it's too late. Once you hit mid to late 40's or early 50's, good luck going up against Ms South Carolina beauty pageant winner that just graduated with her bachelor's degree in education. You will loose 100% of the time.
 






Andy M in New England Neuro pushed a very good rep out of the company. He was the best rep in the district and area and it is very bad to see how he was treated and pushed out of the company. We are all sad. Lilly does not seem to be a good place for older Reps any more. Very, very sad.
