If the GIs loved the product, then the expenditures wouldn't be a problem at $700ish/30-day supply, and you wouldn't be on a PIP.

This thing needs to be managed like a generics book - contracting only and cut all other costs. With a good Indian generics leadership, the product could sell $500m a year for a couple years.

Only a corrupted company, heavily vested in generic prilosec, would buy this company. "Ohhh, there is a shortage of generic prilosec, I guess you'll have to prescribe our $700/30-day supply drug." No it’s commercially covered buddy. They can pay a nominal copay. And if they aren’t covered it’s $25 thru Blink Rx with a PA.
