Shake down? Let me tell you about a shake down... you fuckers finished at 12% in 2018... 12 FUCKING PERCENT of your Sublocade goal and half of you got 20k on top of a guaranteed Q1 bonus. You should have all received pink slips instead.
There are other people in this organization who performed well above their goals for 2018 and did not receive any retention bonus so quit bitching about JR coming after you...
 



A. The person that made that goal is an idiot and knew it was unobtainable
B. No one asked for this bonus or accepted it in writing
C. Don’t be mad because you’re still there
 












I have received two letters but both from JR with some threats in there but nothing serious or legal as of yet. Hoping they sue me so I can counter. Unfortunately they haven’t pulled the trigger yet.
 



This is just more abuse by management. They trap people and threaten while at the same time push people to leave. Management f'ed up this company and are making others pay.
 


















Only way you’re not getting letters is if they can’t reach you. From what ive heard no one has paid and you’d be ill informed to honestly. They have no case to litigate and JR is just pissing in the wind with these letters. Dec 1 is coming. Anyone scared?
