If you want to try to scare people into giving money back have someone scary send the letter. No one fears Julie. She’s an idiot. I appreciate the letter though. I needed something to start a fire with. The lack of signature and change of company landscape means no one with any brain will pay that money back. If anyone did they are completely stupid and they deserve to be without the cash.

Who is jr.? It's well known that people rise to their own level of incompetence. Assign that theory to anyone you wish. The leadership in house Julie, and mostly all management who have no idea what is really being encountered in the field trying to actually sell product to keep the company afloat. They offer their generalized solutions that they expect to solve everyone's problems. They are trying to make themselves seem valuable based on whatever information they are selectively spoon fed when in the field or outdated sales theory they learned from the 80s and 90s. MJ and GT clearly have no heart for addiction, and they want anyone gone who does, so they can lead a more ignorant team of non-empathetic people and lower expectations to their level of management ability.
