This place is a shit show and none of the people she brought with her are leaders, just a bunch of nut job micromanagers, Ucb better wise up and get Jerons replacement announced soon because companies are hiring and you are about to see a mass exit coming. People don’t want to be a part of a sick DMs culture that has trickled down from Phyllis that brought them on board. When reps stop talking to each other or with each other then there is a huge trust issue, you need to look at the micromanagers you put in place to “manage” when we need leaders, not those who cut down their reps for low numbers for an old “me too” drug that was supposed to keep us busy and let us build rapport while waiting on what we all came here for. Predictions are you will have wasted $100,000 per person that you hired recently because many are already looking for jobs, it’s hiring time for many and nobody needs to put up with this shit. I am hoping for changes during or right after the holidays, they got this alignment wrong, how do you split up states between regions, and if you could see the moral of districts that have been stuck with micro managers that were placed with no prior derm mgmt, you can't walk in And tell you life story on each call and how you were in GI, and then take over the call, while we as reps know that we have to go back later in the week and apologize for the box of rocks mgr who has no clue how to sell but has so much free time to do skype meetings, and get the pel on the Skype cal and the msl and continue to kiss ass to the pel/melon every weekly call for at least 25 out of thirty min while we listen to it and then we have a couple of our own ass kissing reps that want to take their turn to chap lips on the DMs ass. Every week this shit goes on. Oh and new ideas let's have rep lead calls or should I say the dms favoite ass kissing. Reps lead the call and give them a name like itty bitty shitty committee with the reps the DM hand picks that have smooch ass the most in an attempt to force us all to be friends yet none of us trust each other, the DM, the RM and when reps quit talking to one another then it's the culture you have put in place without asking any of us what we want, it is a "HERE, JUST EAT THIS" mentality and nobody wants to work for YOU!! We don't have time for your homework assignments and wanted us to all talk and hold hands. It's a team made up of individual efforts and nobody wants to talk because we all think the manager has turned out to be bipolar and their nutty ideas are a result of mania. Get help, check into a facility, come back when you get it under control but you are not building a team here, best bet is you are building a good case of hemorrhoids from all the time you spend sitting in our cars, but since you're not a micromanager, your words..well...uh yeah ya are, and ya know it.
 






Better watch out, there's always an ass kissing rep or two in every district that will sell you out. They know who they are, the ones that chime in on every call to kiss the bosses ass.

so very true. There were several managers in the south who were promoted at the time of the first expansion who could not manage their own rep territories and continue to manage their districts into the ground. They think they are best buds with their reps but the reps can’t stand them and spend most of their time cleaning up messes after they blow through town. Here’s hoping you get promoted, buddy, so you are no longer my problem!

I thought the lawsuit was about discrimination?
It is. UCB has openly admitted to discrimination. This is why they engaged in Project Themis. After their own internal investigation they concluded that they have been discriminatory against females and minorities. A certain someone in derm sales leadership has made racist comments and discouraged people from hiring more diversity candidates. It’s a widely known fact. This person also has a horrific reputation of being sexist towards women.
 
























Her replacement was the guy that took her out! That isn’t discrimination. It is corporate manipulation. The strong survive and she was all about having a big bark and nothing to back it up with.
I heard the guy that took her out was the other Chris. She was replaced with a white male. How is it not discrimination? AP hated her from the start.
