Geesh obvious how things are at GNE chump. Yeah Biogen rejects were lured in to get things rolling and they will be kicked out after couple of years to be filled in by the GNE good ol boys/girls network the king/queen of asskissers. You outsiders really think the self promoter galore teams in dying (and shrinking) franchise like Lucentis and other franchise will sit idle to let outside Biogen rejects to get the easy kudos? These chumps haven't any clue about the GNE ways of workings not realizing that they will be the useful idiots to suck info out of, introduce few influential docs and train the internal peeps then kicked out to be replaced by internal managers with the right connection as many internal peeps have stated MS is part of development plan.

I set up my phone screen today and received an email stating there would also be a phone assessment the Friday before the phone screen. What is that about? They never mentioned that at all when we were setting up the phone screen appt?

Stop asking stupid questions and just get your ass prepared if you want to be considered a serious candidate. If not, pull your name. No one here is going to help you get a job within Genentech. Either find an internal who will be a source of input or move on.
 






























Houston, we have a problem! Attention Genentech HR, are you aware just how bad P1 rpo is for screening? I am internal and made a couple of external recommendations. All 3 candidates mentioned P1 has their head up their arse, here are some examples:
P1 sets up calls in the wrong time zone
P1 calls candidates wrong name
P1 interviews a person, calls them back to schedule another interview not knowing another P1 employee has already done a phone screen.
P1 sends out candidate surveys at last minute.
P1 is discussing-negotiating salaries!

Get your stuff together Gene, this is embarassing.


Princeton One is TERRIBLE. They are a nightmare to work with--not organized. You get shuffled between many different people.
