At least one Arizona position is currently open because one AZ rep was recently let go. And phone screening interviews have already been conducted. Some details may be lacking, but those are the most basic facts.

Add Portland and Seattle too. Sadly Keryx is not all that different from other small pharmaceutical companies with new renal drugs. They are all like a revolving door.

Not entirely true. A lot has to do with the RSD. Certain regions turnover more than others. Look at So Cal, Northwest and Northeast turnover in these areas is greater than most.

Bad managers lead to turnover. Turning over 3 or 4 territories every year is not a good look. Leadership needs to make a change with the RSD or the cycle will continue.
