This all started 15-20 yrs ago when the true professional who managed and built companies into powerhouses, retired and were replaced by these ass-kissing, bull-shitting, know nothing losers. I don't know if this is true but one of his former reps said that he used to coach his daughter's softball or volleyball team when she was younger but the other parents complained Phil was way too intense with these young girls who were around the age of 8 or 9 so he had to step down as coach.
