Pharma Reps wearing Scrubs?













For all of those saying how ridiculous it is to wear scrubs in a non OR setting, try to at least put some perspective on it. A patient sees someone in a suit basically as someone who is getting in the way of them being seen on time. That same patient sees someone in scrubs come in and they most likely assume that you are a part of the clinic. It’s not a difficult concept and wish I would have been doing this ten years ago. My access has nearly doubled and put me in the top 5 each year since. Your job is to provide viable treatment options for patients, no matter what you wear, and if scrubs allow you better access, why wouldn’t you wear them?

Because it deceptive and corny.

Also, the doctors are laughing at you, behind your back.

You might get some short term bump in sales, but in the long run, you are toolbox.
