phadia's culture breeds discrimination

It happened and is happening. Culturally this is the worst. No ethical leadership. It is command and control and constant back stabbing. With strong leaders in place everything could change, but without housecleaning, don't look here for examples of "good".


You hit it on the head. This is a culture of insecurity and stupidity. Really and I am dead serious, who hired these managers? And there is one "special RD" whom is about to get fired and she deserves everything coming her way. What will these puppet DM's who are afraid of their own shadow do then? FS will clean the weeds out of this shit sty in a flash. I have never worked in such a bad environment, it can only get better at this joint. Marching orders and big pharma mentality, you do not march like a good little soldier or kiss an inept incompetent ass you are toast at this place. I am not sure how my manager got hired or ties his shoes. I hope these people get what is coming I have seen them shit on some very good reps over the years and karma is a knocking and it starts with the managers....

Sad but true. That was the one thing that could not be successfully addressed by our new leader. I for one thought things could change, but then I realized that not all poisons are detectable. It's like breathing in toxic fumes, and falling asleep. I don't know how the above mentioned people sleep at night. do they?

And lab sales and the market development team. And we sit with our lips zipped because of jobs, Hawaii and other bones tossed. ANd we know what the slightest bit of non-conformist behavior will result in.
 












The late M. Land's demeanor and management style has bred the idiocy found in todays Phadia management. Michael was one of the most divisive and discriminatory individuals found in todays management of any company. He seemed to rule from a sense of having been minimized or downtrodden . . . . . . . not unlike Barry Obama. Todays Phadia management continues the sad demeanor of M. Land and folks wonder why Phadia is failing?
 




This is by far the most negative and vial company board i have ever read. Phadia quite honestly might be the worst pharma company on this planet and the leadership here from the top down is appalling. the pollution from the managers at this place is as bad as it gets...this board speaks to the truth, i would guess that TFS will clean this place out like the plaque it is.
 




















T showed me "it" during our last meeting and disappointed anyone would be at its small size. It's certainly nothing to brag about and far from it. He would do well to use some of his medical to get a member transplant.
