Pfizer P4 reps

I have done both as well and it is not what you know, it is who you blow in this business. I am disturbed by the dishonesty and sheer lack of morals that I have seen in this business. As far as Pfizer goes, they are by far one of the most unethical companies that I have dealt with (AZ probably ties for first place)

Funny thing I would not have ever considered working for Pfizer either. My counterparts were great, but the lists were crappy. Getting sales from low potential MDs or MDS no one wanted see was a joke. Can't blame them since everyone Wanted to keep their jobs.

Publicis is okay, but when Pfizer says jump, Publicis says "how high?" too bad no backbone.

However I met a lot of good people and did enjoy calling on docs, the majority were cool. It was a job and an experience! good luck to everyone!

I had a chance to transition to a Pfizer position last year, but declined. The management was weak at best and the culture was almost non-existent. My counterparts where mostly good and P4/EPBU was a great gig while it lasted.

I hope that there will be a new Publicis contract in my area soon. Until then, I plan to catch up on some projects around the house and get my resume out to other opportunites.

Good luck to everyone at both companies.
