Perrigo to DIVEST themselves of Women' s Health division

I was a Perrigo rep. JM was a bad egg. JM, AK and a few others were constantly stirring the pot. you should have never hired them. Both have a history of gossip, complaints, backstabbing, manipulation. Just so you know, they weren't respected ever. Nobody wanted to call them out though and be a snitch. Glad you know the truth about that.
 






Yeah. I am with everyone else who shares those thoughts. Jeff McKittrick and Ashley Kelly were the worst. Both didn't work very hard. It was apparent during their presentations and I am sure it was apparent in their call activity. Both liked to sit back and complain/ claim they were smarter than management... A couple bad apples can really spoil the bunch. But Luckily there were a lot of good people on the team who never listened to their gripes because we knew how great of a division this was and how strong the leadership was. So we just ignored them. Thank you all the district managers as well as Mike, Mark, Terry, Jen and Rebecca! I speak for a lot of people when I say this was a fantastic place to work because of all you. And I hope to be able to work with you all again. Thanks!!!

I agree completely. A few sour grapes ruin the bunch, but we won't let that happen here. You've been called out. You drug us down... and then act like this?! If were any member of the leadership team, I'd file for a judge to lift your cowardly anonymous label and sue you for libel, which has been done. Look it up! Terry, Mark, Mike, Jennifer and Lynn.. we got you.

FUTURE EMPLOYERS. Watch out for the slanderous people mentioned above who are too cowardly to put their names on posts, but slander the leadership team who gave them a paycheck for doing NADA. SHAMEFUL.

The RX Leadership was completely clueless and stuck in the Ivory Tower, NOT willing to listen to people that knew more than them about how to support and grow a new division. They did ZERO for 3 years......no career development plan, no sound marketing strategy, very 2nd or even 3rd rate (seriously incompetent), no wholesale trade support (seriously incompetent- ONE person managing the entire country out of her home office in Florida), crazy sample support approach (Director of Marketing running sample portal), not compentent in building portfolio or incorporating a sound pipeline strategy from day one, didn't even recieve territory goals/metrics until 6 months into 2016, took the LAZY way out in establishing goals, and took 3-months of history and tacked on 25% quarter over quarter to equate to a 100% growth requirement per territory on 20-year old, dinasour drug platform (horrible), ZERO communication from leadership to the field, ZERO excitement or RAH RAH from leadership on National Conference Calls, and finally.......always a crazy moving target on payout commission/amount, expenses and sales contest payouts.....never knew anything about anything. Leadership of this division caused this, and they are responsible for the entire division being dissolved. I can't blame the Board for deciding this.......only that they hired leadership that wasn't minding the SHOP!!!!!! Happy Holiday to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep and he is for sure a good leader. Major announcement coming by end of quarter. Look for Rx Division to be spun off if terms can be reached as J Smith will help bail a clueless Hendrickson out.
