The RX Leadership was completely clueless and stuck in the Ivory Tower, NOT willing to listen to people that knew more than them about how to support and grow a new division. They did ZERO for 3 years......no career development plan, no sound marketing strategy, very 2nd or even 3rd rate (seriously incompetent), no wholesale trade support (seriously incompetent- ONE person managing the entire country out of her home office in Florida), crazy sample support approach (Director of Marketing running sample portal), not compentent in building portfolio or incorporating a sound pipeline strategy from day one, didn't even recieve territory goals/metrics until 6 months into 2016, took the LAZY way out in establishing goals, and took 3-months of history and tacked on 25% quarter over quarter to equate to a 100% growth requirement per territory on 20-year old, dinasour drug platform (horrible), ZERO communication from leadership to the field, ZERO excitement or RAH RAH from leadership on National Conference Calls, and finally.......always a crazy moving target on payout commission/amount, expenses and sales contest payouts.....never knew anything about anything. Leadership of this division caused this, and they are responsible for the entire division being dissolved. I can't blame the Board for deciding this.......only that they hired leadership that wasn't minding the SHOP!!!!!! Happy Holiday to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
