Performance review appeal

My first year with NPC my MD dropped a 1.1 on me and almost everyone in my district. He HATED my DM and wanted him gone. I was hired in March and wasn't done with training until Sept. He informed me of my 1.1 during review in an Applebee's. I started dropping F bombs like crazy. Thought we were going to be asked to leave. I sent a report to HR detailing everything. Increase in sales once I was in the field, fact that I was in training for almost the entire year etc. Got a call from DM about 2 weeks later with the good news. Changed to a 2.2. He actually said "we did it!" What a douche!
 








Just received my decision on appeal and it's just a smokescreen to gather information from us employees to make certain there isn't any legal issues. It's only to protect Novartis. A huge waste of time.
