People leaving in...

Not trying to bicker but you're being really evasive here. You said you heard it doesn't look good and you said you heard it in Baltimore. I'm curious, who said that?

I think different people are answering you. Not sure if it was specifically said, but for my take, it was implied, get your sh*t together and improve your numbers if you want investment in Pharmaderm.

I only wrote #13, and sort of agree with your thoughts. I didn't think they were holding out on an investment to see how we do on veregen next month - that's far fetched. Totally agree that they want better performance...that came through loud and clear.

They might want better performance, but if fhey think we haven't
been trying and now will start working harder they aren't going to be happy with
the results. The only way we are going to look better on paper is if they lower
the goals for each of us. And if they do that, we'll even be less profitable and the doors
will close even sooner. This bird is cooked. By the end of April the
show will be over.

Maybe. There is no way they can keep us all without Solaraze. If your numbers aren't good, chances are, you could be in trouble.

Would you guys stop worrying...

I can't say anything, but.... it's going to get better very
quickly. Just hang in there. Make sure you continue to work and it will
be good. You'll see.

When did the hire Pollyanna?

You can't say anything because there really isn't anything to say. So take your rah rah pom-poms home and go out and sell sell sell and maybe, we survive....at least for a little while longer.

I am afraid you are all wrong! Good things happening. Sandoz and Novartis are committed to Pharmaderm until at least 2017 as was reiterated on Friday!

There is nothing worse then playing with people's emotions by throwing out lies and false hope.

Sales down 48%. The only thing that may keep Pharmaderm going for a little while longer is the deal with Novartis vaccine division. But if that sales force does what is expected and picks up the numbers for Oxistat, why do they need to keep the failing sales force here? Redundancy is not what Novartis wants, so why does anyone feel safe?
