It’s amazing the lack of communication and transparency in PDT. Poor job contracting with insurance companies and with only 1/2 of the reps hitting IC goal it says a lot.
Things need to change ASAP.

They need to give the field representatives credit for the business they bring in! It’s amazing that they have had the neuro team on payroll + free bonus for the past year when they are brining in ZERO business and yet over 1/2 the reps in PI are getting little to nothing in bonus payouts.
free bonuses. You are very misunderstood. Did you not read the previous post about NSBU? They have actually had an ESI contract issue that they are not paying reps for their work. It affects pay, ranking, raises and job security. Not even being transparent to the field about the issue or the resolution of the issue. When you affect bonus pay, pay raises, rankings and job security they are asking for lawsuits.
It's clearly evident that upper leadership is not concerned with doing what's right regarding IC here.
The difference in territories are tremendous and unfair.
