The products are our 2 overactive bladder meds Vesicare and Myrbetriq. I have no idea about salary range but pay is good here.
Astellas only hires reps with no pharma experience, so that they can really micro manage. At least that's the norm for a PCP spot.
Most loathed sales organization in the industry! Why? It's completely toxic and led top to bottom by weak-minded yes men and women
This has been the MO for the last several years. Wasn't always so.
Not sure about the former, but the latter is accurate. Not a person in leadership that will say anything other than "that's a great idea!" to whatever useless resource or direction is placed in front of them.
