This meeting better not be full of Exelon Patch bullshit. The remaining PC reps are either interviewing elsewhere, waiting for a severance package or hoping they get to sell LCZ soon. Sales leadership better make some decisions and do it soon. If these decisions aren't made by the meetings, just cancel the damn thing.

Exactly. Nobody is in the mood to listen to their corporate crap when they already know they are going to screw every last one of us in PC.
 












I find it extremely hard to believe that upper management will have the lowly ABL's announce any upcoming changes. It has always been announced on a national Teleconference.

Are you kidding? Of course it is going to be about Exelon Patch. What else do you think it would be about? Have you looked in your bag lately? What's in it? Oh yeah...Exelon Patch.
The meetings will go on because we are still selling Exelon Patch and I think and hope we will continue to sell Exelon Patch for as long as possible. The whole message about getting LCZ to PC was that it would depend on how much business sense it would make to keep a sales force intact if there was an extended amount of time between the end of selling EP and starting LCZ.
Just suck it up and do whatever they ask you to do. It is a one-day meeting. I am sure you can handle it.
 








Announcement of changes will be made at your meetings.

The field doesn't care about an announcement of change. They want one question answered at the meeting - will the field have to interview for the new positions? If this question isn't answered and it's back to Exelon Patch bullshit, cancel the meeting.
 




No changes will be announced at the Fast Start meetings. The MDs will discuss the importance of LCZ and it's future with NVS. The announcements about any organizational change involving head count, will be communicated via a National telecon along with an email in November.
 












Get ready to do lots of role playing. Most ABL's want to make this meeting a positive experience, with everything going on, the stressful situation, layoffs looming! But other's from the old school bully mentality that have no idea how a real interaction between customers go, want a dog and pony show!

Well, wouldn't that be the training department/ or certain Sr. Leadership.... Whoever...secretly despises the PC field and uses this 2-3 times a year power to make 3 hours of your life miserable. Nice people, huh? Other backward pharma companies are even worse! But, there are companies out there that listen and respect their people, just start talking to others about their culture.

1) Open Door
2) Walk to counter
3) Decide which Dozen looks more appetizing, Jelly, Chocolate Frosted , Old Fashion
4) Add Box of Joe
5) Deliver to office cows
6) drop off a sample
7) stand around for 15 minutes wait for signature
8) Say hi to Doctor & ask how weekend was with the 6 seconds of time allowed
9) Leave premise
10) Wave to other rep going in

Head to Bagel store
Repeat steps 1-10
Change #3 to Decide on Plain, Onion & various cream cheeses

Repeat process 4 times
Text friends
Check Facebook
Check voicemail
Lunch with co worker near the mall

Walk aimlessly into 5 more offices with glazed expression & ask receptionist if they need samples. Book Lunch , leave .
Repeat 5 x
End day at 2:45
Drive aimlessly until 4-4:30 entering bogus calls
Pick up free dinner from caterer

Feed the litter
Moisturize
Masterbate
