Paying back commisions!!!

My advice is to start collecting all the information you can get a hold of because I agree, I don't think you can legally touch people who don't make quota when you know for a fact they allow others to divert to make their numbers. I hate this management, everyone is miserable at the fear management and intimadating tactics they are pulling to bring in the numbers. If someone has a good corporate lawyer spread the word, we could probably get a group discount!

Come on - if you were overpaid then surely it's fair to pay it back! Otherwise its called STEALING! Merial is in dire financial straits and has no new blockbusters on the horizon. Its not Tom Z's fault that we have to pay the cash back - how are we going to pay his bonus otherwise? So ask yourself not what you can do for yourself but what can I do for Merial? If you can't stand the heat in the kitchen then go work for Walmart like Dan Kearney!

Honestly, posts like this one really lack class. When I read a litany of posts of the same low caliber I feel a little embarrassed that I work for the same company as these people.
 












I am not sure what all the fuss is about. Everyone in my region got the pay. It was pretty generous and this year looks just as good. Go out and hussle while Novartis gave you a free pass to enter their houses.

And I don't know who the joker was that just got their comission, but, um....that was just your regular pay dumbass....settle up comission and bonuses are not until the end of the month....but since you obviously won't be missing yours, hope they include it in mine!
