Good luck, my peer reported her manager and hr backed the manager. Three months later she was put on a performance plan and and eventually gave her notice. She had a mental breakdown and it took a year to secure another position.
The same manager was promoted and is doing the same thing in his new capacity. Don't go to hr, seek legal representation first.

Don’t blame her! I had a mental breakdown after working at Abbott for 5 years and I never was put on a plan or reported a manager. Took 2 years off to travel before joining the workforce again. The place is toxic even if you don’t have to deal with harassment from a manager.
