Good luck, my peer reported her manager and hr backed the manager. Three months later she was put on a performance plan and and eventually gave her notice. She had a mental breakdown and it took a year to secure another position.
The same manager was promoted and is doing the same thing in his new capacity. Don't go to hr, seek legal representation first.
