Only a matter of time before CMS and then private payers scorch reimbursement on the UTI test due to over utilization. Once that takes place, and it will, the market will shrink and Pathnostics along with other molecular labs will be toast.
 
I want to warn new hires:
Company is cheap
No 401k match
Contributes $0 to insurance. High health ins costs esp for family
Only 6 national holidays a year off. Do not get the day after Thanksgiving off
Low base pays
Commission plan makes it hard to make $
Huge territories
High turnover
Car allowance $500 & taxed
CEO has nose in all biz
VP of sales is just a facade. CEO is VP of sales
Micromanagement is crazy
Log calls
Weekly Reports
Monthly Forecasting
Weekly manager calls
Long ride days with manager, MSLs, CMO, VP of Sales etc
Bombarded with panic emails
Client services worst ever
