FUSE has returned to beta status based on customer feedback. Patterson felt it wasn't as ready as they had hoped and is currently working closely with offices who are participating in the beta to see where it needs to be improved. In theory, you can still sign up for their beta which is no cost for Fuse while it's in beta.

Is normal to discount a product that's in beta or returns to beta. This is all pretty standard in software, people. They probably jumped the gun a bit going to general release but it's not that unusual
