Patient Handling or Neurosurgical

Any former or current patient handling or neurosurgical reps able to share an honest comp with Stryker? I've heard so many differing answers but want to know realistically what are people making? I've never really gotten a straight answer and curious. 100% commission? Is it realistically 150k or 250k or where are most people not the top 1%.

Ex neurosurgical rep of 6-7 years. 100% commission, no expenses or ever allowance. $250k - $275k is realistic. I’d say average you’re around $250-$275k (minus whatever expenses, car, gas, etc). There’s a lot of really talented reps, high energy culture, but the VP of sales is absolutely killing the culture of the division. You’re either going to get an amazing RM, a useless DEI hire, or a total douche canoe.

Expect territory and commissions to constantly be cut so even if you keep hitting quota, you’re semi pigeon holed into a certain income.
