There are two postings on the RESP side. With the dozens if not hundreds of vacant positions, I wouldn't call this a nationwide backfilling.

Tic Toc Tic Toc, we all have a time stamp on our termination dates. we just don't know the exact time and date but non of us is here for more than 10 years. thank goodness.

Not true. The date far exceeds 10 yrs for many. Should have taken the last package offered as it looks it’s not happening again. Alas.

Most of the 20+ yrs and 55+ age group are gone now. Those were the lucky ones that were able to cash in with a huge buyout and move on to better things. No way they will ever offer those kinds of packages again to people close to retirement.

Take a look at the COE rankings for resp inhl. for PSS's earlier in the year vs. Nov. There are about 100 less PSS's listed nationally, and well more than 100 from earlier in 2017. Pascal's email, the kickoff webex and lack of hiring should tell you all you need to know.
