This email and call was the shot across the bow. Follow the actions.
  • No back filling positions in resp and diabetes unless it is a "critical" territory. I assume that means a very high volume one.
  • If backfilled, it is to be w/ a CSO unless a RST position (from what my resp counterparts tell me).
  • No recognition program.
  • A large "firing" in early December based on COE ranking for the last couple of years. An inexact science to say the least. You can bet these will continue.

We have been told that once 2019 started, DSM's would have the ability to backfill positions. So far, crickets. If you continue to whistle past the graveyard, you have no one to blame once you become part of it.
Me? Spending several hours a day looking to get out.
 




They are throwing things at the wall to see what sticks... I think the status quo is gone and AZ should be run more like a bio company with much larger territories and less reps. Its in his name.. BIOPHARMA..

It is hard to believe that people haven't figured this out yet. AZ has been reducing costs and head count for years. The entire industry is changing and our jobs are becoming obsolete.
