I would be interested in hearing people's thoughts on this, specifically the likelihood of it affecting Field Sales & Management.

We have been told that once 2019 started, DSM's would have the ability to backfill positions. So far, crickets. If you continue to whistle past the graveyard, you have no one to blame once you become part of it.
- No back filling positions in resp and diabetes unless it is a "critical" territory. I assume that means a very high volume one.
- If backfilled, it is to be w/ a CSO unless a RST position (from what my resp counterparts tell me).
- No recognition program.
- A large "firing" in early December based on COE ranking for the last couple of years. An inexact science to say the least. You can bet these will continue.
