If that's not the pot calling the kettle black! I recall the company began declining the moment you stepped in as "interim" VP of Ops. For God sakes, you fired the plant manager immediately after he hit a monthly record in volume!! The decline started when Endo bought a manufacturing site with no experience in actual manufacturing, failed to fully understand what it takes to run a high volume manufacturing site, and failed to take the time to understand. Too many egotistical, arrogant assholes making decisions based on their own self agendas. It's such a shame.
