Panos

Listen, I have heard a lot of hate filled coward libel on this thread. The truth of the matter is Panos is wildly successful and anyone who says different is just plain old jealous. The passion he is for the company and patients is unmatched. Give him a call directly if you have the spine.
Define success? Working in a division that has no competition and thinking you’re great? Panos wouldn’t have lasted 6 months carrying the trauma bag he now leads. That big dummy would have been beaten to a pulp by any Synthes rep. If he’s the great leader he professes prove us all wrong and go work in an OR during a pandemic and truly show leadership instead of hiding in your house on bullshit zoom calls and touching your inner feelings. A true leader cares for his people, doesn’t hang them out to dry and roll over to the demands of a shitty extremities company. So Mike grab some comfy shoes and take a few weekends of call in New York or LA and then the majority on here will back off and show you some respect, until then you’re just a polished tooth punk that got ahead selling your people out at instruments.

But the real question here is how much can Panos squat?

He was a great high school football player and a coach mind you. Everyone on here is so negative when all he does is root for you all to succeed. Running around like a device jockey isn’t hard work, planning and executing strategy is where the games are won and lost.

Oh really? Bill Belichick is a great planner and strategist, his device jockey left and won a super bowl. Panos is a fake, Belichick is not, so you can imagine how bad he will fail without the jockeys to carry him

Mike is amazing and we are so lucky to have him leading us. The people complaining on this anonymous site are literally babies and are scared to be held accountable for their lack of results. Mike is gonna bring us to the promised land!!! Panos, you are our Thanos!!

Guy is a stud leader and the women love him too

well that explains why he’s got so many women on his staff....... oh wait
Yeah noticed that as well, looks like diversity and inclusion only count outside of Panos’ leadership team. Hopefully he will be a distant memory by the end of the year, his handling on this merger has been dreadful at best.

The WM acquisition and takeover of T/E has been one of the more disappointing and poorly-executed plans I’ve seen in my ten year career with SYK. Yanking shoulders from JR in the lead up to a supposed Mako Application was a total blunder. I thought Stryker bought WM....not the other way around.

Welcome to SYK pal. Market is shifting and in order to be the leader, it requires tough decisions like leaving your own behind. Last two large transactions have essentially been reverse acquisitions... WM and K2M. Let the acquiring company lead and retain most of the acquiring side to stabilize the integration. Don’t skip leg day and you’ll be fine. Stiles, Panos and the midget from Spine, we love you!!

SYK did buy Wright. You remind us every day.
