Why are all the presidents club winners from Shire posting themselves on linked in about how awesome they are are that they won P club... do they not know that is #1 turn off to recruiters and hiring managers that they are full of themselves ...
so I take it everyone wants to leave seeing that there were tons of Shire people posting they won and how awesome they are...

Stop being a snowflake, here is what actually happened.

You noticed the post on LinkedIn it made you feel inferior and probably jealous that someone, most likely in the same role as you, is doing better not just better but being recognized as being the best. You were so upset you wanted to make yourself feel better by googling something that you wanted to read to make yourself feel better. You found an article from 2015! 2015! Come on, let people post their accomplishments on LinkedIn believe it or not they probably worked harder then you to get there so your ego was brusied when you saw the post.

you are so right......
Too many jealous, envious snowflake like people.
Shire (and pharma too) is full of of entitled reps that think other people can only get to the top by luck or having a friend at HQ. These people would rather minimize someone else’s success instead of looking in the mirror to see how they could improve upon their own skills.

If you have piss on some else’s picnic you are validating that yours ain’t that great.

Do you not know that the # 1 turnoff to recruiters, hiring managers and most people is to criticize people because they have achieved a goal.
You are probably one of those reps who has never won anything and blames everyone else for your lack of achievements. Let me guess...you blame your manager, your territory, a doctor that won’t see you, managed care, and so on and so on and so on. You blame everyone but yourself.

This! Couldn’t agree more.

Humblebragging on LI is laughable. If you have to tell everyone how great you are, you're not that great

Knocking people dor acheiving something is really pathetic

I suggest you go talk to your manager and let him know how much that people post their accomplishments anybody ever any resume because it bothers you

This is obviously posted by someone who has never won jack shit. Haters gonna hate.

the original poster lacks what dr. duckworth would call "grit". if you feel that another's accomplishment is seen as a failure by you, then you lack the grit it would take to congratulate this year's winners and refine your skills to beat them next year. insinuating that somehow "luck" was involved is a looser's way of coming to terms with the fact that they may not be as good as they thought they were.

It would be easy to figure out who the original poster is....someone who is usually always at the bottom or near it.....someone who complains constantly.....someone who always finds fault with the people around them...someone who never accepts responsibility for their actions. You probably have been with Shire a long time and cannot get another job because of your lack of accomplishments so the only thing you can do it make feeble attempts to marginalize the people you are so jealous of.
The original poster is a pathetic loser.

Unreal post. Even in the negative environment of cafe pharma, you won’t get a majority to agree with you.
This poster is a real piece of shit.

WHERE ARE YOU ORIGINAL POSTER???
Come back and tell us how awful and undeserving everyone is and how NO ONE should be proud of an accomplishment.
WHERE ARE YOU LITTLE SNOWFLAKE??
Are you crying to your mommy?
Are you searching the internet looking for more articles to support your pathetic argument?
Or are you too busy to respond because your head is up your ass?
LOSER!

Exactly. There is a lot of hate spewed on cafepharma towards the company and specific individuals, but bashing someone for being proud of winning is stupid.
