Don't go changing your argument, you simple little fella. I don't control the price or the profitability of the products I sold over the years. I just sell a ton of whatever I have.

To be as simple as I can for you, I sell more new (please pay attention) than anyone else each month in my market. Now, did I sell more 10 year ago when I wasn't here and my product wasn't approved. No, idiot. Several products have more total Rx than me.

But since the 11 month mark, no one sells more than me. It was nip and tuck until 2017 and then I took over.

Here's the deal little fella. I am a rockstar. I am hot. I work hard. I probably do 1000 lungs and squats every 3 days. My customers open the door when I show up. They write a ton. Now go get a dictionary and try to understand the difference between new and total. Or you could just try to change your argument again.

For the record, Humira costs quite a bit more. Sure helps the total dollars sold you clamor about.

I’m not sure that guy’s argument ever changed, he just was very vague. I think he's saying it’s easier to sell a civic than a Ferrari. I’d rather sell 2 Ferrari’s than 10 civics. The whole time both of you dopes kept saying “more” as if that specified volume or sales $. I also would assume $ since that’s how companies measure sales more commonly when communicating the information to investors (yes, they will also mention volume but that’s not their primary metric). Give me a $1 pill that does nothing and I’ll sell “more” than both you monkeys.
 






OK, back from France. Great time. As usual, Ron made the focus us reps and it was awesome. I am going to miss these trips because there's no way companies will allow this great of an experience moving forward. Besides, moving forward the winners will no longer be those who sell the most, but those who are lucky enough to live in high IMS data capture territories. You'll see a lot more Northeast winners and a lot fewer winners from the flyover states.

Now, for the details. The ozanimod hiring is being voluntarily delayed until management has a better understanding of how many rheumatology reps are getting laid off. Their plan is to offer those quality reps who get laid off an ozanimod job before offering them severance. If they refuse, they get no severance. Look for an announcement about 2 weeks after BMS announces the enterprise leaders. DBMs will be hired by Sep 1 with rep recruiting to commence immediately thereafter.

Yea... this is compketely untrue. Even if they change my Otezla territory 30 miles I’m requesting a severance. So no, they can’t offer you a completely different job just to avoid paying out. Your dumb ass won’t be winning any more trips.

If they move you to another drug you are not laid off. So of course they don’t have to pay you if they keep you

Haha this is not true at all. They will not be reaching out to any reps asking them to move over to ozanimod. They have plenty of interested and qualified people who will be applying. They most definitely will not “reach out” and ask anyone to move over. Some otezla reps may move over...if they apply, interview and are actually qualified for the roles.

Yes you are; your position that you interviewed for and accepted, was eliminated through no fault of your own. You do not have to accept a job that variates from the one you accepted. I believe it’s spelled out down to the mile in the paperwork... aka if you are given a territory that is significant different (I believe it’s close to 52 some odd miles).

If your statement was true...instead of laying people off and paying huge severances they would just offer you a horrific position.

Oh I agree with you. I am just thinking how the new company will look at it. They could consider it a promotion to move you to another drug and You should be grateful to have a job. I’ve seen pharma do this before to friends in buyouts
 






Takeda just bought out Shire this year. The reps they kept now sell more drugs and have twice the territory size. They are miserable and wish they got laid off. But I don’t know if they had the same clause in the paperwork that we do. One clause that says we can leave if too much has changed

Yes, companies do this all of the time.. it doesn’t mean you have to accept it. Most reps are clueless and just happy to have a job. The 1% of reps who go out of their way to get a severance is a small price for pulling the wool over reps eyes
