ovid SPiking Nationwide and Teva Pushes Everyone BAck In The Field

Leadership knows that management is pressuring reps into the field and threatening their jobs. Reps are already catching Covid at Teva. If I am pressured by my manager and I catch Covid, I am suing this company. They know what the managers are doing and their silence in allowing it makes them complicit.
I can’t wait to get out of Teva. Worst place I have ever worked. Leadership suck from the top down. Managers are setting at home directing us to do Veeva engage lunch so they can jump on and coach us. It’s ok for the reps to go out but managers sit a home doing this crap. This place blows big time.

Name the specific managers and area people in the lawsuits. They shouldn't get off free.

I no longer hold any respect for the leadership in this company. That includes my manager, area guy, right up the ladder. They see the spikes nationwide and are now pressuring in the field activity worse than ever. I will do the minimum going forward. This company has been the mistake of my career.
Spot on. Worst mistake I ever made was joining this shit hole.

Some of you need a manager to ride with you to show you how to buck up and sell in the face of adversity!

Newsflash, the manager role is useless. For years offices have pretended to allow outsiders in such as managers. That’s changed now. There’s little value and most of the time, we have to call in favors to beg an office before bringing a manager in. This isn’t show and tell. This is about selling and growing relationships with medical professionals to persuade them to make a favorable decision to use our medications for their patients.
Not a sideshow for a manager to stand there and observe. Learn to trust your people and reps and not shit on them because you’re scared for your job’s future.
In these uncertain times the last fucking thing I’d do is wish someone out of a job. Or even worse, devalue a colleague for their role.
Shameful bitch

Wow, doesn't sound like you landed anywhere yet or if you did, I bet you hate it there as well.
