My best guess is 0. Maybe the increase in bonus and additional fleet options for Senior reps will keep everyone from jumping ship. Yeah....THAT is why, right Sunovion?!!!?

yes they certainly did. Dirty, dirty, dirty move Sunovion. If you turn around and have layoffs after pulling this, I wouldn’t even be surprised. That is the level of “they don’t give a sh*t about their employees” that we are having to deal with at the moment. Employee satisfaction must just be through the roof these days huh?

Bonus increases won’t even impact the entire sales force. Only people over 103 attainment. And merit increases won’t take effect until July instead of being retro back to 4/1. But don’t try to leave this shit hole or they’ll sue your new employer
