My friend in HR told me that the woman in charge of running some of these layoffs left because she was sick of being made to do this to people.

I can remember small things in 2015 or 2016, but keeping it mind it was a Cambridge based company it wasn’t that bad. However I distinctly recall 2017 was when the wheels started to come off culturally with DEI and woke crap. There was an earlier post talking about the culture falling apart in 2017-2019 and I think that was closely aligns with what we are saying here.
