Company is to woke! They have taken DEI to far and will kill them in the end. All they care about is perception and not results.
Agreed. The DEI in this company runs deep. I've noticed that the DEI managers only hire there own kind. Honestly I hope this company goes broke. Fuck the dei managers and new hires.

Jobs will be eliminated. Interviews will weed out who they don’t want. If you have bad results, aren’t meeting metrics or don’t get along with your manager, good luck on getting rehired.

Like in the past, territory lines change which dissolves jobs - company won’t call it a layoff, it’s a reorg. Question here is will company offer a VERP at rep level. DBU only division left with primary care reps. Just not efficient model and they know it. This company is not what it once was, sadly.

Especially from the launch of Mounjaro it has been nothing short of a complete cluster in every way

Think about it, how smart and skilled do you need to be to drop samples or have a brief conversation about a product that is guided by Dynamic Targeting? Could you hire a non degreed person to do the same job and pay them half as much? Supposedly, they are trying to answer those questions.

Surveys are king…answer wisely.
 




Reorg coming late24. They offered “packages” to JL and TC incentive to retire. The reorg will reflect current leadership beliefs that MJ and Zep sell themselves. Ricks never believed in the sales force model and will eliminate much of it before he goes. His minion Patrik has no ties to or loyalty to the US sales team. He screwed PL because he pushed for Medicaid access, and found out about the reorganization plans. Rhonda and Shannon are both DEI hires in way over their heads and only out for themselves, crazy stuff happening inside. The entire commercialization process is going to be “transformed”. Lilly people values are gone, good luck

Managers will be cut out completely based on your statement.
Is there a purpose for RDs? Can’t they just send out an email with the bulletin points of what these robot reps say?
Really… no need for a brand team either. AI can design marketing

So fire all window licking managers, fire RDs & replace brand with marketing.
