Why are middle managers such weasels? Is it having to play both sides both sides, below them with representatives and above them with regionals?In “normal”society I would estimate one and 25 is an asshole but with the middle managers it’s easily one in two. With a global pandemic going on managers are flexing their muscles by threatening a PIP. WTF? I know one who’s personally is clearly shaped by her ugliness both inside and out. Homely as hell on the outside and just as nasty on the inside.

Really and you representatives have nothing better to do that complain about leadership. Most of you are irrelevant which is why we have to play "both sides" of this game!!!

They were selected because they're willing to be weasels. Eric and his buddies can't get their max payouts if sales numbers miss targets. Crap runs downhill and you're at the bottom of the slope.
