I've heard the same thing for over 25 years, and we still have reps. We don't have as many as we once did, but we don't need as many as we once had. AZ will have some cutbacks, probably in the next 6 months, because it will make good business sense. It's really amazing we haven't lost 50% by now in a layoff.
 




The powers that be know you make money by selling product or cutting the most expensive part of the organization which is the sales force. The future wave is CSO's which cost a fraction of the current model. Think about how you will transition.

We've heard that for years too! Quit worrying about layoffs! If they happen, they happen. AZ's salesforce is so over bloated that some type of layoff is inevitable. The only question is will YOU be ready? The answer to that for over 99% of us is NO!

The downsizing will be done in phases to minimize legal risks. But they are coming.
