Interesting... You see we have heard something entirely different from Glickman. If the contract sales force was so ineffective, then why was their contract renewed in 2013 by SR. As a matter of fact, MG liked to utilize contract to keep direct ASMs on their toes and to replace some of the them. If the CSOs were so terrible, then why have they rolled so many over? I believed former CSOs make up almost 70% of the MDD direct ASM positions? The business being awash in red has nothing to do with talent on the direct or CSO side of the fence. It has nothing to do with the sales force at all...
